this is so depressing :(
can singpost stop losting our parcel?
can u even imagine lost mail for smartpac?
and all they say is wait? can u imagine?
best part, there is nothing we can do about it :(
i dont believe this kind of things only we kena wad!
i totally understand that as long as is lost mail,
customer will think is owner never drop item out.
but we did, we really did post it out :'(
coz we still want to be in this blogshop line,
and dont want smelly name! sighhhh....
maybe we should just remove normal postage....
