ok, let us whine a little.

1. when we say NO MEETUP means no meet up
i don't understand, why some people just don't understand?
is it that hard to digest the fact we don't do meet up anymore?
NOT EVEN DOING SELF COLLECTION ANYMORE!
let me tell u all why again,
- ppl have endless reason to "dua" us!
- ppl set a time with us, then go mia at tat timing (so wad are we suppose to do with timing that is being block out just for u ppl? )
- ppl agree on self collection, then keep insisting on meet up ( so to be fair and save trouble, we don't even do self collection now )
-our schedule cannot afford to squeeze out anymore meet up time, coz of sch

2. ITEM SOLD IS NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE!
we seriously don't think is that hard to understand this right?
so if i exchange for u, wad m i suppose to do with the sold item?
if is a default, then yes we are more than just happy to exchange for u
but if u cannot fit the clothes, be it too big or too small, what can we do abt it?

3. DON'T NEGO THE PRICE WITH US!

4.WE DON'T DO RESERVATION
coz there is this one customer that totally screw us up!

2.We will be changing our postage rate to $1.50 instead of the normal $1 rate.
this is because we have been absorbing all extra cost of the normal postage in the past.
and people in the mailing list will still get the discount ya :)
so the rate will be $1.50 for the 1st item, additional piece will be at $0.50
additional of $2.24 for registered postage

3. We will have a new way of postage update :D
we will EMAIL u once item have been drop out
& the tracking page will only be use to update RRcode!

4. NEW T&C UPDATED
- Item sold is non-refundable or exchangeable! (unless there is a defect)
if item is too small or too big for u or best u dun like it -.-, we will not do any refund!
thus, pls check the measurement before buying :D
- No meet up available. all email request on meet up will be ignore.
(We have people spamming in 10 email at one go just for meet up, wad is this?)
